The final round of the inaugural season of the CETC presented by Infinity is set to take place at Twin RC Speedway in Hong Kong from the 23rd to the 24th of September. Having seen close battles in all classes, after 3 rounds there is still all to play for in the modified standings with a 3-way battle for the overall title set to go down to the wire between Singapore’s Yokomo star Nicholas Lee (who has already wrapped up the Arrowmax Chinese Modified title) and the Japanese Infinity pairing of Akio Sobue and Naoto Matsukura. The only one of the title contenders to attend all 3 rounds to date, Lee leads the points thanks to consistent finishes at the front of the field but has yet to win a race this season, something he needs to make happen in Hong Kong if he is to be in with a chance of claiming the overall title. Both Sobue and Matsukura have a win and a 2nd place each, however both drivers missed the 3rd round in Shanghai in order to attend the Japanese Nationals but will be back to the CETC in Hong Kong to battle it out for the title. With Ding Fang Je, Yan Cheung and Ali Lee set to battle it out for Sunpadow Stock honours in the Serpent Formula class it will be a simple heads up race between Hong Kong locals Stick King and Ryan Lam for the championship. With over 80 entries already confirmed and the CETC series regulars set to be joined by some very quick Hong Kong drivers it is sure to make for some exciting racing. As with all rounds of the CETC, Red RC China will be present, reporting live on the event from first practice Saturday through to crowning our champions on Sunday evening.

Racers interested in attending CETC Rd4 can enter the event by filling in the form here. Registration closes on the 14th of September, 2017.
